The NUTRIMAN project presented at "Walk on the farm".

The "Walk on the farm" event (April 26-28,2019) is a local version of the agricultural show, organized by the Chamber of Agriculture of Charente-Maritime, to introduce the general public to the work of farmers and farm products. It is also an opportunity to make him meet the stake-holders of the agricultural world and to inform him of the evolution of practices and technologies in agriculture.

APCA is the national umbrella of the French Chambers of agriculture. One of its missions is to get in touch with the national policy makers and notably the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food (MAA). Sometimes, some national technical meetings are organized with them. On the 26th February 2019, APCA presented about the new European regulation, the NUTRIMAN project, the foreseen activities and bottlenecks of bio-based fertilizers.

The ESNI (European Sustainable Nutrient Initiative) conference was organized by UGent under the umbrella of the Biorefine Cluster Europe, a network of projects working on bio–based recovery. In the first edition of ESNI held on 22 January 2019 in Brussels, around 150 researchers, farmers, policy–makers, industry representatives and other stakeholders came together to discuss and share information.
