APCA is the national umbrella of the French Chambers of agriculture. One of its missions is to get in touch with the national policy makers and notably the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food (MAA). Sometimes, some national technical meetings are organized with them. On the 26th February 2019, APCA presented about the new European regulation, the NUTRIMAN project, the foreseen activities and bottlenecks of bio-based fertilizers. Discussion and questions were about this regulation, then about needs from farmers and advisors and about trials for demo with no French and no homologated fertilizers.
