The "Third training workshop on innovative solutions applied to the bioeconomy" took place on 29 April 2021, in the framework of the INBEC project.

Due to COVID-19 it had to be held virtually, as otherwise, it would have been held in person, however, the event was recorded and can be viewed here.

In his presentation, CARTIF researcher Francisco Corona explained the main objectives of the NUTRIMAN Project and explained the functioning of the Farmers' Platform and the mini-surveys and the great importance of all this as a tool for the exchange of information between the different actors in the project. Subsequently, the presentation focused on explaining the technology for obtaining struvite and the properties of struvite itself. Finally, a virtual visit to the struvite production plant was made so that the attendees could observe its operation at first hand.
