Through a multi-year field trial, Inagro investigates the nitrogen efficiency of recovered fertilizers compared to fertilizers, and their impact on the environment. Recovered fertilizers (or nutrients) are fertilizers that include products of different origins, such as animal manure, but also e.g. green waste from recreational areas. It is important that these fertilizers receive treatment before they are used. During the webinar you will get an explanation of the influence these recovered fertilizers have on the growth and yield of maize and spring spinach, as well as their influence on the environment throughout their entire life cycle.
Inagro onderzoekt via een meerjarige veldproef de stikstofefficiëntie van herwonnen meststoffen in vergelijking met kunstmest, en hun invloed op het milieu. Herwonnen meststoffen (of nutriënten) zijn meststoffen die producten van verschillende oorsprong omvatten, zoals dierlijke mest, maar ook bv. groenafval uit recreatiegebieden. Belangrijk is dat die meststoffen een behandeling krijgen voor ze aangewend worden. Tijdens de webinar krijg je toelichting welke invloed deze herwonnen meststoffen hebben op de groei en opbrengst van maïs en voorjaarsspinazie, alsook hun invloed op het milieu doorheen hun ganse levenscyclus.
